Emma Dyson

With over 20 years of experience in early childhood education, Emma is passionate about creating play-based, hands-on learning environments that nurture each child’s unique interests, strengths and development. Emma places a strong emphasis on social and emotional learning, supporting children to grow into confident, capable learners who are encouraged to explore, take risks, and discover the world around them.

Lynda Coogan

Lynda Coogan is a dedicated educator who works across both groups, bringing a strong belief in play-based learning. She is passionate about creating a flexible, supportive environment where children can grow, develop self-control, and become confident, creative thinkers. Lynda values strong partnerships with families and is committed to helping every child feel safe, supported, and part of a caring community.

Renee Gamble

Renee has enjoyed working in early childhood education for many years in the local area, supporting children with diverse learning needs. In my role at Florence, I help ensure all children can fully participate in the kindergarten program. I am passionate about creating a welcoming, inclusive environment where every child can thrive and grow.

Inclsion Support & Non Contact Teacher

Kasey Parker

Teacher and Inclusion Support Assistant in Group Kalim, working closely with children and their families to support a positive start to school. With experience in local primary schools, she is passionate about helping children learn, grow, and enjoy their early learning journey. Kacey looks forward to building strong connections with families and supporting each child at Florence.
