  • Emma Dyson

    Director/Teacher

    With over 25 years with C&K, Emma is passionate about creating play-based, hands-on learning environments that nurture each child’s unique interests, strengths and development. Emma places a strong emphasis on social and emotional learning, supporting children to grow into confident, capable learners who are encouraged to explore, take risks, and discover the world around them.

  • Lynda Coogan

    Educator both groups

    Lynda Coogan is a dedicated educator who works across both groups, bringing a strong belief in play-based learning. She is passionate about creating a flexible, supportive environment where children can grow, develop self-control, and become confident, creative thinkers. Lynda values strong partnerships with families and is committed to helping every child feel safe, supported, and part of a caring community.

  • Renee Gamble

    Inclusion support assistant

    Renee has enjoyed working in early childhood education for many years in the local area, supporting children with diverse learning needs. In my role at Florence, I help ensure all children can fully participate in the kindergarten program. I am passionate about creating a welcoming, inclusive environment where every child can thrive and grow.

  • Kasey Parker

    Inclusion Support & Non Contact Teacher

    Early Childhood Teacher working closely with children and their families to support a positive start to school. Inspired and influenced by the Reggio Emilia approach ad the “a hundred languages” with chich children hold. Passionate about play based learning as a guiding pedagogy, the arts, along with nature play and for children to be outdoors and moving more. Kasey looks forward to building strong connections with families and supporting each child at Florence.

  • Jessica Roberts

    Administration Officer

    Jessica’s journey with Florence Kindy began in 2022 when her youngest child attended our kindergarten. After joining the Committee as President in 2023, she was delighted to return in 2024 as the Administration Officer.

    In her role, Jessica support’s the educators with the day-to-day administration of the kindergarten and provide assistance to families throughout their enrolment and kindy journey. Jessica is always happy to answer questions, provide information and support our families wherever she can.
